The Right Kind of Drinks
For healthy teeth and gums, avoid drinking sodas and overly acidic juices. Both of these can damage the teeth, especially when they’re consumed in large quantities. Instead, swap out your fizzy drinks for water as often as possible. If plain water bores you, try adding slices of lime, lemon, and other fruits to give the water a bit of flavor.
Regular Trips to the Dentist
Most people avoid the dentist like the plaque. The poking, prodding, and constant “Say ahhh” can be exhausting. However, regular trips to the dentist are crucial for good oral health. Schedule teeth cleaning approximately six months, and contact your dentist as soon as you begin to have mouth or tooth pain.
